Export and import permit for medications subjected to the special control
Administrative authority responsible for issuing Export and import permits for medications subjected to the special control are:
- Legal Entity of Public Law – State Regulation Agency for Medical Activities
- Legal Entity of Public Law – Georgia Revenue Service
For receiving the permit please provide written or electronic (www.rs.ge) application to the Customs Department , Customs Clearance Department or to the Border Crossing Points where you wish to receive the permit.
For applying electronically please register on the official web-page of the Revenue Service www.rs.ge
choose window “applications”, “New application” “certificates” type of the permit you need (Export and import permit for medications subjected to the special control ) and fill in the appropriate boxes of application.
Electronically attach documentations necessary for receiving the permit
- Original of the prior agreement document issued by the Agency for export/import of medications subjected to the special control
- Notarially certifies Georgian translation of Invoice or other financial document
- Receipt of the permit fee
After filling the application , with the click on the button “Send” register your application.
You will be notified about the decision on the issuance of the permit through the official web-page www.rs.ge “my page” and through SMS which you will receive on the telephone number indicated in the application.
