Information and Consultation Division

1. Principal functions of Taxpayer Relations Division are:
a) On the basis of an application (written, verbal) by an interested party giving an explanation (written/verbal) of recommendation nature related to tax legislation application;
b) Providing consultancy to an interested party via electronic communication media (website, e-mail, fax);
c) Undertaking explanatory work with taxpayers on tax legislation application by way of “open day”;
d) Elaboration of draft proposals on tax administration software and lead this software to taxpayers.
e) Within the jurisdiction reveiwing correspondence received from a taxpayer, his/her representative and other interested party;
f) Within the jurisdiction elaboration of draft proposals on legislation improvement and appropriate normative acts;
g) Fulfilling other tasks and assignments by Department management.
