Ozone-depleting substances

On the customs territory of Georgia is prohibited the import of ozone depleting substances which are listed in the attachment “A” and “B” of “The Montreal Protocol on Substances that Deplete the Ozone Layer”
On the customs territory of Georgia is allowed the import of ozone depleting substances which are listed in the attachment “C” and “E” of “The Montreal Protocol on Substances that Deplete the Ozone Layer”
Starting from 01.01.2013 the import quotas for the ozone depleting substances listed in the attachment “C” and “E” of “The Montreal Protocol on Substances That Deplete the Ozone Layer” is defined in the order of the Minister of Environment Protection of Georgia.
