As a result of the measures undertaken by the employees of the Monitoring Division of the Monitoring Department of the Revenue Service of the Ministry of Finance for the purpose of monitoring of consignments, in Tbilisi, the fact of transportation of 55 m3 of timber (primary processing product, sawn timber) without a weigh bill intended for production was revealed. The offender was deprived of the mentioned goods.
It should be noted that as a result of the measures taken by the Monitoring Division throughout the country during the last 3 months, 17 cases of transportation of wood and timber without a weigh bills were revealed, from which 13 offenders were deprived of a total of 300 m3 of wood.
